Over 15 years of building experience
Ayton-Smith Construction is run by Bradley Ayton-Smith, who has more than 15 years of building experience behind him. His company, Ayton-Smith Limited, was set up in 2023 and has been a Checkatrade member since November 2023.
Our work spans the whole of a building project. We extend homes, convert garages and lofts, open up walls with new steel, lay groundworks, build in brick and block, and finish gardens with patios, paths and outbuildings. Whatever the size of the job, the aim is the same: to understand what you want from the space and build it properly.
Good relationships matter to us as much as good building. We keep communication open, talk decisions through with you, and are clear about costs from the quotation onwards.

We visit
Bradley comes to see the house, measures up and talks through what you want. Smaller jobs can sometimes be priced from photos first.
Your quotation
A written quotation that itemises the work and sets out the payment stages, so you know what’s due and when.
The build
Our team carries out the work, with regular updates on progress and the site kept tidy each day.
Handover
We finish, clear up and take the rubbish away, leaving you with the space you planned.
